Bethany Butlin
James Cambell-Wynter
Leo Kaper
Beth excelled in Advanced Maths, Computing, and Animation, earning 2 A*s and an A last year, alongside nearly all grade 9s in her GCSEs (1 grade 8). She is now studying for a BSC in computing at Bristol university. Educated through a British online school rather than a traditional classroom, the flexible learning environment and smaller class sizes allowed her to thrive. At 20, Beth is a youth worker at her local church, deeply understanding the pressures young people face. At 11, she passed her 11+ and was one of only three primary school peers offered a Grammar School place, though a family move abroad prevented her from attending. Passionate about helping gifted young learners, Beth now tutors 11+ preparation and online maths. Her extensive experience as a peer leader makes her a talented primary and Key Stage 3 tutor, and a valuable asset to In-Tuition.
James achieved A* in English, A in History, and B in Politics at A level and is now pursuing a law degree at Bristol University. With extensive experience working with young people, he connects especially well with young men. At 10, he placed 3rd in the under-11s British Mountain Biking Competition and later became a professional squash coach. James gained valuable experience mentoring children outside mainstream education and as a youth leader in his church, giving him deep insight into the challenges young people face. Passionate about helping them reach their full potential, he offers online English and History support.
Leo is a first-year Computer Science student at the University of Bath. He achieved 4 A*s at A-level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science, along with 10 GCSE grade 9s. Inspired by exceptional A-Level teachers, he is passionate about tailored teaching. His approach focuses on building a deep understanding and intuition that can benefit other subjects. During his gap year, Leo volunteered as a youth worker and worked in customer service, experiences that help him engage students and boost their confidence. He offers online Maths and Science tutoring from KS3 to A-Level Further Maths at reduced prices.
